Introduce us to your blog… Pretty, Posh,  Oh My Gosh – Felicity: Our ethos boils down to ‘the look for less’. We make it our business to keep you up to date on the latest fashion trends with examples of the lower, middle and higher end spend – so you don’t splash all your hard earned pennies on one or two pieces each season.  Lauren: We love looking at fashion, beauty, hair, nails, lifestyle and home pieces to suit all budgets. We do fashion finds, nail posts, lifestyle pieces, product reviews, product launches and much more!

What made you decide to start blogging? Felicity: I’ve always been creative and wasn’t working in a creative industry after graduating, so I decided to take up blogging. The rest is history! Lauren: Felicity had been blogging for about 4 months when she asked me to come on board, I jumped at the chance, I couldn’t think of anything better than blogging about the things that I love with one of my best friends!

What’s your biggest achievement in the blogosphere?  Felicity and Lauren: We have just been nominated for ‘Best Blogging Duo’ in the Company Style Blogger Awards 2013, which was a fantastic achievement. We are fizzing with excitement for the awards ceremony!

Where do you look for inspiration when writing posts? Felicity: Everywhere. The web, the street, work, home… London is a huge fashion inspiration, and I’ve just come back from Italy and everyone was incredibly stylish there, too. I find it fascinating how British people in particular coordinate their outfits – something old , something new, something kooky. It’s so unique. Lauren: I think it has changed a lot since I started working, when I was at Uni I would spend a LOT of time on websites, reading magazines and reading other blogs which inspired me, but now I see it everywhere, working in central London has definitely added to my sources of inspiration!

Is blogging your day job or do you have another occupation?  Felicity: I’m a full time Copywriter and would love to work the blog full time, but for now it’s my side project… Lauren: I work as Junior Account Exec in consumer PR which definitely gives me a great insight into how the media and PR’s can work together!

Any favourite blogs/bloggers? Felicity: I love www.lovemaegan.com and www.jayneskitschen.co.uk. Lauren: www.supergorgeous.co.uk and http://dotty-dolly.blogspot.co.uk/ are personal favourites but I am always finding out about great new ones through my job!

Tell us about your style… Felicity: A real mixture of vintage, old, new, a tiny smattering of designer (and I meant tiny)…! I would say my wardrobe is mainly high street. Lauren: I love classic cuts, black blazers, cute dresses and well cut denim jeans, I’m also a huge fan of heels with everything! I always try and mix it up with colour and different hair styles too!

What’s the one piece in your wardrobe you couldn’t live without? Felicity: A Hobbs blazer I bought eons ago – it’s fuchsia pink and as gorgeous as the day I bought it. It makes every outfit look more cheerful. Lauren: it would have been tough to choose about a month ago, but I have recently acquired a Marc Jacobs Too Hot To Handle Tote in Raspberry and I don’t know how I lived without it- a good bag can transform any outfit!

Who are your style icons? Felicity: My Mum, Audrey Hepburn, Emma Watson and Kate Middleton. Lauren: My Mum, Grace Kelly, Holly Willoughby and Alexa Chung.

Share a style tip with us… Felicity: Only buy things you instantly adore on you, and if there are more than two reasons not to buy something (including price, need, want, fit, size, etc), don’t buy it. Lauren: Great accessories and attention to hair and makeup can transform your look. If you can’t afford a whole new outfit, a statement necklace and a sassy new hairstyle can dramatically change it.

How would you describe M&Co’s style? Felicity: Changing! It’s only recently that I’ve found myself lusting after your new collections and younger pieces – there is a lot more for young women than there used to be – and a pleasing amount of vintage and catwalk inspired pieces too! Lauren: Pretty. I love the jewel colours and floral prints which you are mixing up with a variety of textures! I am loving the dresses you have this season!

What’s your favourite piece from our current collections? Felicity: I love the Boat Print Dress in this season’s monochrome – I’d pair with bright red shoes, bright red lipstick and a raffia clutch. Lauren: I love the Sketchy Floral Prom Dress or the Landscape Print Soft Prom Dress– I could see myself wearing these with some cute wedges and a summery bag either to the office or on my holiday!

Do you prefer to shop online or in-store and why? Felicity: I love both. If it’s a necessity than nothing beats the high street – but online shopping is a god send if you like to browse or shop around for the best prices… Lauren: I would have to say that I love to browse online and then go to try things on to buy in-store. Sizing can vary so much and so I do think that (especially if buying costly items or shoes) trying before buying is best! You can also save yourself a lot of time by ringing ahead to see if a shop has the item you want to try in stock.

The one trend you’ll be wearing this season is… Felicity: Garden party florals. I love big prints and bright colours, so this trend rocks for me! I’ll also be colour clashing my nails with everything. Lauren: Monochrome, I am all over it, it suits my fair colouring with red hair and is perfect for work and play!
